GENERAL INFORMATION:
Video, audio, photographs, text and graphics (content) captured or generated by Adventure Video is the sole property of Adventure Video. As such, copying, reproducing, or distributing is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Customer submitted content remains the sole property of the customer and will be returned to the original customer in its' original state if possible. Suppliers of content to Adventure Video agree to indemnify Adventure Video of any claims for submitted content.
Music content must be submitted by the customer on original artists' discs to be used as music overlays for customer projects. There will be no distribution of these materials to third parties. The customer assumes all responsibility for the content submitted to Adventure Video for their project. Adventure Video can provide infringement free music and audio at the customers request.
Adventure Video respects the ownership of intellectual properties and copyright laws. Customers wanting to use our services are expected to have the same respect and compliance with the law.

The use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the following terms:
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Adventure Video ("AV") provides services to you, subject to
the following service agreement ("SA"), which may be updated
from time to time with or without notice to you. You can review the most
current version of the SA at www.adventurevideo.org or
request a copy at any time. By using the services of
AV, you agree to be bound by this service agreement .
2. COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER
It is your responsibility to provide us with all material
("Content") to be used for your project. You certify that you are the
owner of all material submitted to us, or that you have obtained
permission from the copyright owner to use any content, including,
but not limited to, photographs, clip art, graphics, animations,
video, music and/or text. You are solely responsible for, and assume all
copyright liability for all content you submit.
You agree to indemnify and hold Adventure Video, and its
respective representatives, licensees, successors, subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents or other partners, and employees,
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, content you
provide, your use of our services, your connection to the Services,
your violation of the SA, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
3. COPYRIGHT STATEMENT
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos,
images, audio clips and video clips, are the property of Adventure Video
or our content suppliers and is protected by
U.S. and international copyright laws. Copying and distribution is
strictly prohibited without express prior written consent.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that Adventure Video
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to,
damages to, theft or loss of the content you provide, damage to DVD
players, computers, or other equipment, loss of profits, goodwill,
use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from, but not
limited to, product defects, accidents, errors and omissions, misuse, acts of God or other
circumstances.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the
